Welcome to Surture. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Surture online store and your purchase of products through our website.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable policies.

1. About Surture

Surture is an online retail store offering products across categories including home and living, fashion and accessories, gifts and occasions, puja and worship, gemstone jewelry, wellness and self-care, family, and outdoor and adventure products.

These Terms apply to purchases made through the Surture online store.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to place an order with Surture.

If you are purchasing on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and may update product information at any time.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available until checkout or order fulfillment.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you regarding an alternative, delay or refund.

5. Prices and Taxes

Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.

• Unusual or excessive ordering activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange the applicable refund.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

Surture does not store complete payment card details when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

Additional terms of the applicable payment provider may also apply.

8. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be offered for eligible products, locations and orders.

Availability may vary based on destination, product, order value and other factors.

Surture may restrict or disable Cash on Delivery for certain orders where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse or delivery-related losses.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout where applicable.

For India, our current standard shipping option is:

Standard Shipping: ₹99 — estimated delivery 3–7 business days

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of ₹999 or more, subject to the applicable shipping terms.

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, strikes, transportation issues, incorrect addresses or other unforeseen events.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Product-specific return restrictions may also apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order.

Cancellation may be possible before an order enters processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has been shipped or entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return process may apply.

12. Promotions, Discounts and Offers

Surture may offer discounts, promotional codes, festival offers, clearance sales and other promotions.

Promotional offers may have additional terms, including:

• Validity dates
• Minimum order values
• Product exclusions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

Surture reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotional offer where permitted by applicable law.

13. Customer Accounts

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You must provide accurate information and promptly update information that becomes incorrect.

Surture may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers or other users.

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory legal requirements.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or authorities as determined under applicable law.
